Job summary

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Norwich is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef/Senior Chef de Partie to lead and mentor a busy kitchen brigade. You will ensure high standards of quality and presentation, delivering meals to spec for conferences, banquets, and hotel guests.

The role requires previous hotel or high-volume kitchen experience, a passion for quality, and strong people-management skills. The venue offers a vibrant dining program and event catering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Worked in a hotel or busy, high-volume operation.
• Conference, banquet & events catering experience would be ideal.
• Strong focus on quality, standards and detail.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Leading by example, you will be hands on in the kitchen working alongside your team, providing guidance and mentorship. You’ll ensure the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard and presentable.

Is this the role for me?

• Have worked in a hotel environment or in a busy,high volumeoperation
• Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would beideal
• Quality & standards drivenwith a keen eye fordetail
