Job summary

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead by example, work alongside your brigade, and mentor junior cooks. You will ensure the quality and delivery of dishes leaving the pass to a very high standard and presentation.

Experience in hotel environments or busy, high-volume kitchens is essential, with strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage. This role offers development, training, and a supportive team in a 4-star property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Experience in hotel environments or busy, high-volume kitchens
• Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would be ideal
• Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
• People management experience
• Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage

What will I do?
