Job summary

Toby Carvery is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef at Kenton Bank to lead a kitchen section, train the team, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence. You will be driving consistency across branded menus and maintaining high standards, with opportunities to grow within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a branded environment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver consistent quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver meals to a high standard.
• Assist Head Chef with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
