wagamama in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support shifts and lead the kitchen team, ensuring dishes are prepared to order and meet standards.

You will manage the line, plan shifts, coach the team on the go, uphold food safety and control costs, and contribute to a vibrant, high-performing kitchen.
