Job summary

Bill’s Restaurants in Manchester is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is off, ensuring dishes meet exact specs and are prepared with care. You will focus on guest experience, maintaining high standards and timely service across shifts.

The role offers progression opportunities through our Grow to Lead program, plus training culminating in Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification. Attractive benefits and a supportive team culture are provided.
