Job summary

Bill’s Sous Chef role in Cardiff is a hands-on leadership position in a busy kitchen. You will step in when the Head Chef is off, guiding the brigade and ensuring service runs smoothly.

We expect you to love food, know your specifications, and cook with care while keeping guests at the center of every shift. This role offers top salary with progression opportunities within Bill’s.
