Your Role as Sous Chef

As a key member of our management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality
• Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Deputising for the Head Chef when necessary
• Training and developing kitchen staff
• Managing stock levels and inventory
