Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be second in command in our busy kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, run the line during service and help develop the team while maintaining top standards of food and service.

With an emphasis on leadership and quality, you could progress within our internal pathway. We offer a supportive, collaborative pub environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Experience assisting a Head Chef and running the line during service.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen team.
