Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef. You’ll step up when needed and help manage all aspects of the kitchen.

You’ll supervise the line during service, develop the kitchen team, and maintain the highest standards of food and guest service. We offer flexible hours, progression opportunities, and a supportive, lively team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded kitchen role or as a Commis Chef.
• Able to supervise a kitchen team and run the line during service.
• Passionate about maintaining high standards of food and service.
