We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable person to join our passionate Kitchen and Beer Hall team at our amazing location at Everards Meadows, as a Sous Chef.

Various shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Main duties/responsibilities will include:

• To work with the Kitchen Manager and help run the kitchen when they are not present, and to cover any duties when required, including training, recruitment and the people.
• Ensure the kitchen is compliant and cleaning standards are high and that we keep achieving the highest hygiene rating.
• Keeping up to date with the menu and have an input with new menu ideas.
• Produce high quality food.
