Responsibilities

• Ensure the food is prepared to the highest standards
• Maintain compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as necessary
• Support the manager in managing food stocks within budget
• Keep up-to-date with product and menu knowledge, ensuring quality and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment
