Responsibilities of a Sous Chef at JW Lees:

• Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
• Support menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Maintain high standards and attention to detail to achieve and sustain 5* Scores on the doors
• Continuously motivate the team to present fresh, quality food each time
• The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and developing junior team members
