Job summary

Malmaison Leeds is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will support the Head Chef in maintaining the Malmaison brand standards, ensuring smooth, consistent service and high quality dishes.

We encourage internal development, offer on-the-job training, and provide extensive staff perks along with a vibrant, collaborative team environment. Previous brasserie/hotel kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in a branded hotel or brasserie.
• Ability to develop and lead a kitchen team to meet brand standards.
• Strong eye for quality, consistency and service.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in delivering brand standards.
• Lead kitchen team to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to training and internal progression within the kitchen.

Our Sustainability Goals:
