Job summary

Malmaison is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. You will assist the Head Chef, ensuring the team consistently meets brand standards while maintaining high-quality service in a busy environment.

We offer in-house training and opportunities for progression within Malmaison kitchens, with a focus on developing culinary skills and leadership.

Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistentmanner. Ideally you will of worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.

Our Sustainability Goals:
