What we look for in a Sous Chef:

We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for the next step, a natural leader passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrate leadership and team development skills
  • Be a hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
  • Work with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
  • Exhibit planning and organizational skills to control GP and labor costs
  • Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
