We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
2. Identify opportunities to improve food service
3. Create a positive kitchen environment supporting your team
4. Support delivery of food concepts to customers
5. Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
6. Manage food ordering, stock control, and waste reduction
7. Oversee kitchen hygiene and cleaning standards
