The Role

We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Prezzo family, demonstrating strong leadership, the ability to drive team performance, and ensuring consistency in all kitchen operations. As a Prezzo Sous Chef, you will:

• Have a keen interest in preparing and cooking high-quality Italian cuisine.
• Lead your kitchen team, managing processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering, and staff development.
• Work closely with the Head Chef.
