Job summary

Toby Carvery Shiremoor is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and leading a kitchen team. You will run a section, train and develop Chefs, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.

You will work with a branded menu, ensure high standards of hygiene, and help the team deliver meals that guests love. Expect progressive opportunities, team discounts, and a supportive Mitchells & Butlers environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant setting.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control effectively.
• Proven ability to work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
