Job summary

Warner Hotels is recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Holme Lacy, Herefordshire. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, lead junior chefs, and ensure high standards of food safety and service.

With a branded menu focus, you’ll manage orders, stock and forecast against occupancy while driving cost control and guest satisfaction. A supportive team environment and career development opportunities are on offer.

• A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment.
• Experience in managing orders, food stocks and forecast against occupancy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the department’s budget.

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000

What will I be doing?
