Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section with skill, confidence and creativity in a busy kitchen. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to uphold the high standards across all menus, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining food safety and quality.

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

As part of our supportive Kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be responsible for managing your designated section, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. You will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is prepared to the highest standard and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
