Job summary

Hotel Du Vin in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering the brand standards and leading a busy kitchen team. The role is a 40-hour week on a permanent contract, with opportunities for progression within the group’s kitchens.

You will help develop the team, maintain high-quality food, and work in a fast-paced environment. The hotel emphasises internal development and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or higher level in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to develop and mentor the kitchen team.
• Commitment to delivering brand standards and high-quality food.

Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth andconsistentmanner. Ideally you will of worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
