Job summary

Robinsons Brewery is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our close-knit team and help drive the kitchen forward. Working with the Head Chef you will recruit, train and develop the kitchen staff while upholding Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

You will lead by example in a long-standing family business offering progression, employee discounts, pension access and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Experience leading a kitchen brigade and training staff.
• Solid knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with recruitment and training of kitchen staff.
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and company policies while delivering quality dishes.
