Mitchells & Butlers plc at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery is seeking a Sous Chef at the Micker Brook. You will lead a section, train your team and step up in the Head Chef’s absence while delivering great food and a smile to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior cook in a branded kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver great food.
• Support Head Chef with food orders and stock control.
• Prepare and plate dishes in line with the branded menu.
• Ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
• Oversee the section and manage the team in Head Chef's absence.
