Job summary

Micker Brook in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a section, train a strong kitchen team and ensure quality meals. You will work with a branded menu, manage ordering and stock, and assist the Head Chef to deliver outstanding service.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at the Micker Brook, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
