Job summary

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, a 12-seat Chef's table on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, opens for dinner Tuesday to Saturday for 12 guests. An experienced Sous Chef is invited to join the team, delivering culinary excellence and leading the brigade in a small, high‑profile setting.

You will work with a passionate team to maintain exceptional standards, develop menus with seasonality, and drive efficiency in a multi‑site, multi‑brand restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working in a Sous Chef position in a quality restaurant environment.
• Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food.
• Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team.
• Have the ability to develop a team, enhancing the skill level of the brigade.
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu development and creation, ensuring seasonality of ingredients, manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, whilst supervising and developing the brigade.
• Ensure targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and that the brigade comply with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High is an intimate 12-seat Chef's table experience on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate.

Open for Dinner only Tuesday to Saturday for 12 guests.

This venue takes the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to new heights, offering the pinnacle of culinary excellence in the city. Diners can indulge in the creativity and expertise of the chefs and front-of-house team in an atmosphere that is truly unforgettable with the most incredible panoramic views across London’s skyline.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at the amazing Restaurant Gordon Ramsay - High.

As Sous Chef you will:
