Job summary

Humble Grape in London is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to work with the head chef and grow with the business. You will help manage wage costs, training, scheduling, and menu development while crafting dishes that complement our wine list and the sharing-plate concept.

The role emphasizes seasonality, cross-section involvement, and a positive kitchen culture that supports staff wellbeing. Salary is competitive, with great wine training and staff benefits.

We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside the head chef and grow and develop with us.
