Job summary

Humble Grape Canary Wharf is seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to lead the floor during service, coach the team and deliver exceptional hospitality with strong wine knowledge.

In this hands-on leadership role you will maintain high service standards, handle guest feedback calmly, and support daily operations in a fast-paced venue. The role offers growth, wine training including WSET, and a competitive hourly rate.

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or senior member in a busy restaurant or bar
• Strong hospitality mindset and outstanding service
• Love for wine and ability to share knowledge with guests
• Excellent hosting and communication skills, warm and positive approach
• Natural leader who brings out the best in others
• Calm, organised and professional during busy services
• Confident handling guest feedback and complaints
• Good grooming, presentation and English communication skills

Humble Grape Canary Wharf is looking for a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our team and help deliver the exceptional wine, food and hospitality experience we're known for.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys being on the floor and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We're looking for someone who can lead by example, support the team during busy services and bring energy, confidence and a genuine passion for wine to the role.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or senior member of a busy restaurant or bar team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
• A love for wine and enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with guests
• Strong hosting and communication skills, with a warm and positive approach
• A natural leader who leads by example and brings out the best in others
• The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy services
• Confident handling guest feedback and complaints
• Excellent grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English
• WSET qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
• Full right to work in the UK
