Mitchells & Butler plc is hiring a Sous Chef at The Observatory. You will lead a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence while ensuring branded menu execution and consistent quality across service.

The role emphasizes staff development, stock control, and adherence to health and hygiene standards to deliver great British hospitality.

Formación

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Strong understanding of food ordering, stock control and menu execution.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
