Sous Chef

If you’re passionate about fresh food and enjoy creating a relaxed country dining experience with full table service, emphasizing Mediterranean-inspired, freshly-cooked food over charcoal ovens and grills, then you could be our next Sous Chef at our New Heritage Collection, part of the McMullen Family. Key Responsibilities

• Delivering the food concept to company standards and exceeding guest expectations
• Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock-taking, and wastage control
• Supporting the Head Chef and deputising in their absence
• Training and developing the kitchen team
• Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You should be eager to develop, responsible, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Salary: Up to £35K per annum plus bonus and estimated £5k tronc.
