Plough Inn Eynsford in Sevenoaks is seeking a Sous Chef who loves delivering great food, coaching teams and making guests smile. You’ll run a section and step up in the Head Chef’s absence, driving standards and teamwork.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
