Job summary

Rockfish Exmouth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead seafood preparation and uphold Rockfish standards in every plate.

You will inspire a kitchen team, collaborate with front-of-house, and drive food safety, stock control and cost management while supporting the Head Chef and contributing to sustainable, local sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Your role as Sous Chef is to cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
