Everyman Esher is seeking a Sous Chef to join our management team and uphold the high standards that have defined our cinema hospitality. You will lead with energy, support the Head Chef, and help deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced branded operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
• Assist Head Chef in running the kitchen to deliver guest experiences.
• Deputise for Head Chef when required.

The Day-to-Day Script

As Sous Chef, you will perform an important role within the management team, with responsibilities including:

• Ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards.
• Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, doing everything you can to make sure our guests have the best possible experience whilst in our venue.
• Deputising for the Head Chef as and when required.
• Delivering training to the rest of the kitchen team joining our Everyman family
• Stocktaking.
