Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for EGO - The Star Inn in Kingsclere. You will lead a kitchen section, ensure brand standards, and help train your team to deliver consistent quality across shifts.

As a Junior Sous Chef at EGO - The Star Inn, Kingsclere, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?
