Job summary

LGH Hotel Management is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to lead kitchen sections and uphold high standards of food quality in a premium hotel setting.

You will coach junior staff, drive food hygiene and HACCP protocols, and collaborate with the broader hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for someone who combines technical skill with a genuine passion for people and hospitality., Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a hotel, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment
