We are looking for a Sous Chef on a
full-time basis. This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Executive Chef. We are looking for someone with previous experience
in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Someone who is an excellent leader and has great communication skills; able to
lead and motivate a team.
Location:Summer Lodge, Dorset
Employment Type:Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)
