Job description

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team atBenugo Bar & Kitchen at Warwick Arts Centre -immediate start!

Contract: 45 hours/Permanent

Morning shifts start at 10am and evening shifts end 9.30pm

About the Sous Chef role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• To be able to work well under pressure to a high standard. During events at the Arts Centre, we are a very busy establishment
• To ably assist & deputise for the Head Chef in his absence
• Good understanding of allergens and risk of cross contamination
• Good adherence to recipe cards
• The ability to work well as part of a team and to organise&motivate in Head Chef's absence

Next term dates are:

Autumn term -19 September 2024 to 7 December 2024

Spring term - 6 January 2025 to 15 March 2025
