Job summary

The Botanist Cheltenham is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join its kitchen leadership. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes with care and flair.

You'll coach and develop the team, maintain food safety standards and drive stock control and cost management, while contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture that celebrates great hospitality every day.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie desirable.
• Strong culinary skills and leadership.
