Job summary

The Botanist Newcastle is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. You’ll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive, high-performing kitchen culture during busy services.

This role focuses on coaching, stock control, food safety and delivering memorable dining experiences. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable within The New World Trading Company family.

• Proven culinary skills and high standards of food quality.
• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
