EGO - Bromsgrove is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team under the Mitchells & Butlers group. You will cook to brand standards, support colleagues, and run a section while developing leadership abilities. Expect involvement in stock control and ordering to ensure kitchen readiness.

The role offers opportunities for progression, training, and working within a family of premium pubs and restaurants across the group.
