EGO - Sheffield City Centre in Sheffield is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and training teams. You’ll run a section and help the kitchen work as one, delivering high standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking to brand standards in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a small team and deliver on shift.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Willingness to develop leadership skills.
