Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and coaching a skilled kitchen team. You will lead a section, ensure efficiency, and step up in the Head Chef's absence to maintain standards.

Join our Steak Geeks team on site in Cardiff Bay; you'll train staff, manage stock, and help deliver consistently excellent meals while upholding brand guidelines and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary Up to £14.01 per hour plus tips 1. Hours Full Time,
