Browns Bushey is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who thrives on great food, training teams and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll lead a section, run the pass in the Head Chef’s absence and help steer the kitchen to branded standards.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at Browns - Bushey , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
