Job summary

Browns Manchester is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and developing people. You will run a kitchen section, coach your team and ensure brand standards are met on every shift.

Join Browns Brasserie and Bar for a role with flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive kitchen team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Manchester.
