Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Crowthorne is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen team. You’ll assist the Head Chef with food ordering, prep, and stock control, and ensure meals are delivered to a high standard on a branded menu.

This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities to develop skills, staff training, and involvement in health and hygiene compliance, with a supportive employer that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.
