The Crazy Goose in Brighton is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join The Crazy Goose team within the Black Rock Restaurants Group. You will lead kitchen operations, cooking high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients and mentoring junior staff.

Your leadership, passion for food, and ability to thrive under pressure will help deliver the best dining experience for guests, with a focus on local produce and consistent standards.
