Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality food presented to the pass every time.

You’ll oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills and maintain the highest standards of food and service, with a pathway to lead your own kitchen in the future.

Qualifications

• Branded kitchen experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Experience supporting the Head Chef and running the line during service.

Responsibilities

• Be in the action in the kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team and skills.
