Job summary

Marston’s Plc in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, taking charge on shift and ensuring hot, quality meals reach the pass every time.

You’ll help manage the kitchen, lead the team, and drive high standards in food and service while benefiting from Marston’s career pathways and flexible hours to fit family or study commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded kitchen or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to run the line during service and support the Head Chef.
• Strong focus on high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the pass during service and ensure quality presentation.
