Job summary

Marston’s is on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our team and lead from the pass. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to our Head Chef, stepping up to cover shifts when they’re not on duty.

You’ll oversee the kitchen during service, run the line, coach the team to develop their skills, and maintain the highest standards of food and service. If you’re passionate, personable, and ready to grow with an award-winning pub group, we’d love to hear from you.

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
