Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels
Collaborate with the executive chef in cost control and budget management, making recommendations for improvement
