Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a proactive Sous Chef (or Senior Chef) to lead a busy kitchen alongside the Head Chef in a reputable establishment in Maidstone. You will run your section, support the team, and coach junior chefs to deliver exceptional service using a fresh menu and safe practices.

Qualifications

Sous Chef or Senior Chef

to join a fast paced, supportive hospitality team in a location that already has a fantastic reputation and kitchen brigade.

You will be at the heart of the action leading alongside the Head Chef, running your section, supporting the wider kitchen team, maintaining exceptional food and safety standards, and coaching junior chefs to deliver outstanding service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to work side by side with the Head Chef, and run and manager the kitchen and its team as you see best while working with an exciting menu and fresh ingredients.
